Medical certificates are issued only to patients who are physically present at our clinic and are registered with us. Certificates are available exclusively for patients who have designated us as their primary healthcare provider (GMD holder).

Appointment Guidelines

We provide home visit services for our registered elderly patients. Please contact our office to schedule a visit at your convenience.

Scheduling Appointments

To secure an appointment, you may call our office on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For added convenience, we also offer an online booking system that ensures efficient and timely scheduling.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need immediate care.

Clinic Policies

We request that all patients and visitors respect the clinic environment and adhere to our guidelines. For everyone's safety, our premises are monitored by security cameras.
